Graffiti (2012) is a series of acrylic paintings that investigates the intersection of faith and belief systems and modern communication. By juxtaposing the raw, public energy of Street Art with the shorthand of SMS language, I explore how faith is translated and mediated through contemporary vernacular.
These works function as a visual dialogue between the permanent and the ephemeral—placing timeless spiritual reflections within the rapid, coded pulse of digital icons. In this series, the canvas becomes a site of "linguistic mending," where traditional values are reframed through the symbols and abbreviations that define our modern social landscape.
